Delete your Pothik account
You can start an account-deletion request from inside Pothik at More → Privacy & account → Delete my account, or use the button below.
Request deletion by email
- Tap the button below using the email address connected to your Pothik account.
- Keep the subject line Pothik account deletion request.
- Include your Pothik account email and phone number. Do not send your password, OTP or full NID image.
- Pothik may ask for a limited verification step to prevent someone else deleting your account.
What will be deleted
After verification, Pothik will delete or anonymise the account profile, personal and motorcycle details, emergency information, ride plans and memories, fuel logs, user-submitted road reports, active sharing links, and other data associated with the account where technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, transaction or diagnostic records may be retained when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Backups may take additional time to expire.
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after verification. Active ride and family-sharing links should be stopped before requesting deletion.
